Fry Elementary School’s Library Media Center is delighted to welcome New York Times #1 bestselling author, Jordan Matter, on Monday, October 29th at 2:00 pm. He will talk with students about his career as an author and about his books. His newest book, Born to Dance, is a celebration of what it means to be young and full of possibility and to live life joyfully. His book features gorgeous color photographs of well-known dancers as well as stars-in-the-making, ages 2 through 18. Jordan Matter has published several books including Dancers Among Us and he is also known as a YouTube sensation for his following, and weekly episodes of the 10-Minute Photo Challenge. We are thrilled to have him visit with us! Fry students brought home a blue book order form last week, and it’s not too late to order a book! You can also download that form at the following link. We have the books and he will be autographing them for the students following his presentation.
