Parent Input Forms 2019-20
Each spring staff begin the process of creating recommended class placements for the following school year. We know parents play an important role in helping us have a complete picture of each child's needs. If your child has a unique learning environment or peer circumstance which you would like us to consider as we begin placements, we encourage you to complete a parent input form. Please note, teacher requests cannot be accommodated. Please take the time to share vital information now, as once placements are made in the fall they cannot be changed. Forms are available in the office. Please contact the office or your child's teacher and we will send one home. In order to be considered, forms must be received in the office by May 3rd.
